Martin and Gemma at CMSLive have been ‘exceptional’ in their ability to understand and support with my lack of knowledge around web development and SEO optimization. As somebody who is naive to web design and IT they have been patient, in my times of fear, questioning and literally ‘holding’ me in a place of safety around the guidance with what would work for my business, my own process as a therapist; but most of all they acknowledged that when starting your own business, it can be daunting and over whelming to which they offered me space to be vocal( when fearful and unsure) and guided me when they knew I was being misled.
