Petty Commercial Chartered Surveyors in Burnley needed custom Wordpress website development due to the SEO implications of their old website not being mobile responsive, Petty Chartered Surveyors wanted a new website that would be up to date with the latest technology.
Not only did Petty Commercial want a fresh new looking website, they wanted more functionality and usability for their clients. After listening to what their clients wanted we built a client login area where they could choose/edit their property search criteria and then be alerted by email when a property matching their criteria came available or if there has been a price change.
Furthermore to help their clients with their search we built a custom reporting system so that staff can keep track of who has been sent the property alert emails.
The Brief

Custom Map Search Development
Using our custom web development skills we built a visually appealing numbered map to show easily how many properties were available in each area.
Zoomed out it is easy to see how many properties Petty have available in a towner city.
On zooming in to a specific town or city the numbered icons will split up again to show how many properties are available in each area.
Bespoke Layout
Petty Commercial had seen quite a few different elements they really liked on other websites that they asked us to incorporate into their new website.
Client Account
Client login area to sign up for property alert emails where they can set their property search criteria, save and compare properties
Management System
Admin login property management system - this is the central secure point in the business where properties are loaded for reference during client enquiries. Clients can also be subscribed for property alerts through the admin area quickly and easily whilst a client is on the phone.
Property Alerts
Property emails were designed to have all the relevant information which could be viewed easily on mobile devices and also desktop screens.
Straight from the email, the user can Contact the staff at Petty's, view the property, view their own property search criteria results or start a new search.
